This provides the professor with a heads up to approach the student regarding renewal options in advance of the date. The advance will be given based on the number of days specified prior to the students membership date.
Billing Extra Fee Days
The billing page will display a summary of any extra fees accumulated by the students within the prior number of days specified here. For example: this can serve as a reminder to add the extra fees, such as “private class fees” to the next billing cycle.
